About Us In 2001, Interpreter Express, LLC
was founded by Katy Schneider in Greenville, SC with
the primary goal of providing high quality
interpreting services for the Deaf and Hard of
Hearing, and Hearing.
Interpreter Express is committed to:

About Katy With certificates in both Interpretation and in
Transliteration, through the Registry of
Interpreters for the Deaf (RID), and more than 10
years experience serving the Upstate area and
beyond, Katy is more than an interpreter. She knows
that she often has to make choices in a split second
and that there is much more to signing than just
what her hands say.
The sign choices, the placement, the emphasis, the
body language, the mouth, and even the eyebrows say
so much and often those nuances get lost in
translation.
